Warranty Coverage:

This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Be Good Earth will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Is limited to one (1) per 2 year period per purchase.

Deductible:

A deductible of $20 USD applies for each warranty claim, covering handling, and processing. This deductible includes free shipping for the replacement item.

How to Make a Claim:

1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Once your claim is approved, instructions for the shipping of the defective product will be provided.

Limitations:

This warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Misuse, alteration, or improper maintenance of the product.

Additional Information:

- Replacement parts or products assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
